Hi there! My name is Brad. I have a masters degree in nutrition yet I like ice cream, pizza and donuts. Is that normal? I hope so.
Of course I try to eat healthy and one of my favorite things to do is find recipes with my wife, Joanna and turn them into healthy versions of our old favorites. I also love to spend as much time with family as possible. I used to work out almost every day and worked long hours at a full-time job, and felt really healthy, until I got sick.
Now, thanks to dietary and lifestyle changes along with an amazing supplement I’m finally feeling better again.
Throughout my entire 30’s I suffered through a number of chronic health issues including Lyme disease, gastrointestinal problems, dental infections and joint symptoms similar to rheumatoid arthritis. Over those years I consulted with many healthcare professionals and tried many treatments and therapies (both pharmaceutical and herbal). Some helped and some did not.
What I learned most is that no matter what situation you go through, taking simple, small, attainable steps to achieve a goal is easier to accomplish than taking on too much at once. Whether it is starting a home-based business, improving your health, or finding ways to spend more time with family, goals tend to stick when you start simple.
My hope is to take what I’ve learned and help others who also want to improve their health.
