I seriously could eat these black bean tacos almost every night. Start by mincing a clove of peeled garlic. Let it sit for 5 minutes so it releases extra nutrients. In a skillet on medium heat, cook the onions, garlic and beans in avocado oil and then toss in the spices. I like to take organic soft corn tortillas and put them in the toaster oven for 1 minute. Then assemble your tacos and enjoy!


1 clove garlic

1/4 onion chopped

1 Tbsp avocado oil

2 cans organic black beans

1 Tsp sea salt

1 Tsp chili powder

1 Tsp cumin

1/2 Tsp paprika

1/2 Tsp oregano

(optional dash of cayenne and black pepper)

8 organic corn tortillas

toppings (avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, raw grass fed cheese)
